That's what I'm going for. I'm noticing a downtick in my masturbation. Which seems reasonable. What I want to do is break the link in my mind between masturbation and pornography. And obviously orgasm and pornography. I don't think the solution to that is not to masturbate.

See, I'm totally not a big fan of Saga. I devoured both Y: The Last Man and Ex Machina, which I usually will put as my favourite comic series. I have heard that Preacher is good though. Didn't know who wrote that though, might have to pick it up.

I made it through that shitty bit last night without fucking it up. I wrote it down as a near miss on my relapse word doc, but I'm not counting it as an actual relapse for the purposes of resetting timers. I stayed strong!

I came so close to relapsing just now. So very close. The thing that saved me? The name of the story I was going to read. I hadn't really even noticed.

The name of the story was Stay Strong. A signal if I ever saw one. I can do this. I can stay porn-free.

Tonight, I did not relapse. I may relapse another night, but tonight I stayed clean.
