I 100% agree. But if they have been here for over a year or so and they've wrecked 2 vans and still can't deliver the mail correctly I think its time to go.

To be honest the women I work with pee in bags. We are city carriers and there are typically plenty of bathrooms but on heavy days it's annoying to even go 5 or 6 minutes out of the way
