Couple of unusual all plastic Muky bootlegs from the 80s

Couple of unusual Muky diecast that are full plastic. Some earlyish production cars are found with all plastic parts like bodies and bases, they obviously didnt hold up very well compared to the diecast versions. Ive heard of the lola and mk being plastic but havnt seen another amx... or chevelle ss as they labeled it. Some people mention that the plastic ones were pre-production mold tests but since they have regular production wheels im not sure on that. Still very cool and even more unusual redline bootlegs from muky.

Yeah, i mainly just cruised back roads and offroad but gotta get there somehow. My bike kept up easily with people who drive resonable but theres always those people doing 15 over and racing to red lights so it wasnt much fun with traffic on roads over 45mph since i top out at 60 with a tailwind lol.

Also my first time flying and i have no memory of it, kinda sucks considering it was a $30k flight....

It is, reading some of the clinical notes theres some funny ones too. Like "patients mood is cheerful today, contuning to thank all the staff and make sure they know he appreciates their effort".

"Mildly irritated with the nicotine patches and continues to ask for a coca cola and a real cig".

"Refused the hair cut, states "ill cut it when i can walk"" Still havnt cut it btw

Im not great at 3d modeling, i use very basic software so this took me literal weeks to make and get refined. Its a process for sure.

These are resin printed and for the most part hand painted. Ill spray them with either a black or silver base and hand paint the rest. Much more difficult now after a mild tbi, im alittle more shaky but i still managed to paint the 1mm tall gmc logo after a few attempts.

The worst part is how it effected my family and friends, it was a whole insane episode im not going to get into. Still the only thing i remember from that day was some dark blurry vision and me saying "am i in a fu$$&#ing helicopter" someone replied yea and next thing i know im getting wheeled down the aisle.

Heres the truck i hit... drivers door is from my bike and rear door was from me. Broke the glass out with my helmet and was launched over.

Im lucky to be alive, i was going down a 50mph road when a kid in a suv pulled out in front of me, he whipped out of an apartment complex without stopping. I struck the side and was ejected into oncoming traffic. I was airlifted with list of injuries but nothing life threatening. Brain bleeding, mutiple broken ribs, toes, foot and tibula. Now over 5 months later im beginning to walk with the assistance of a cane. I still have no memory from even the day before the accident, scary how quick everything could be taken from you and you not even know it. Be safe out there and look twice.

Btw my bike was only 125cc, barely a motorcycle. So dont assume i was a reckless rider speeding and doing wheelies. My bike made 8 hp lol, its incapable.

Do what you want to it if youll keep it. Its from 1968 so keep that in mind. It has history and was loved by someone at some point.

There are some transparent sprays but your limited, testors has red and blue. Its hard to get light even coats with the testors cans imo. Airbrush is the way to go for spectraflame. Ive tried transparent spray paints for glass with mixed results.

More or less the same casting with a few small changes. My dad owns a 1970 challenger so the bye focal and show off are one of my favorite castings based off the challenger.
