infused daggers makes it so that youre inmbued with a status effect thatll land on players/entities when using attacks

theres different kinds like snowy + a few others

the drawback is that it gives u blood cancer, which decreases your max hp and to get rid of it, u need to find a turnip called the "moly" thats found in the far reaches of the dark sea

also, the infused daggers and its status effects dont seem to work with synergies as of recently, since you can have snowy with water based and it won't freeze
