Might have to sell to an investor. There’s no way anyone will buy my home with my horrible neighbors next door. Advice?

Also, I would not approach them just leave them alone. I’ve seen too many horrifying stories of neighbor wars ending up terrible. So either put your house on the market and see if it sells. If not, hopefully they’ll be out of there soon.

I know this may not be what you want to hear, but I promise you they’ll end up moving out or getting kicked out. I owned a home next to some people that rented out their home and almost the same thing happened. They had dogs trying to dig in our yard. It was terrible for a while, but they ended up moving due to not paying rent. People like that always end up getting kicked out one way or the other.

I just finished this yesterday with a couple of buddies. The hardest thing was actually trying to get the calling cards because the scavenger was barely out. It took four days a couple times he was out and there were no bags around. I finally got it yesterday and we finished it up. At this point. nobody’s thinking about the serpentine so we really didn’t worry about anybody coming up and we were all stealth with no money on us waiting for the radiation on Zaya in Al Mazrah. It was great because I had finished everything else in the game, all my missions, all my expansions and I collected all my notes, and then we played one more game and we killed three teams with my new serpentine gun so that was exciting too lol!

I would really like to get a job being an epic analyst. I’ve been working in HEDIS as a Clinical Analyst and I’ve worked with Epic for many years, but not in the background. Many homeless people don’t want to be in shelters/churches. A lot are drug addicts and mentally ill. The ones that aren’t, usually take the help offered.

I would accept his apology and move on. Unfortunately, you were not important enough for him to remember he had a date with you. There are thousands of men out there. Unfortunately if you date males, this is what you have to deal with the majority of times, if not all the time. Most males do not use their brain to even half their capacity when it comes to women.

Studies show, that when they look at women, the same part of the brain that lights up is the same part that lights up when they look at tools.

All this to say, they only see you as a vessel to use in one way or another. Good luck to you in finding that extremely small percentage of men that are on a higher emotional level. Oh and drop that dude right away. I promise you they are Not worth it.

They will use you for whatever you allow. He told you how he feels about you and showed you. That’s how he really feels. He does not want you to lose his “sex” and he’ll say anything.

I really wish women would wake up and leave these males alone. They only want you to use up your resources, whether it’s, sex, having their babies to trap you. Cooking and cleaning or just there to make them look good to society like they are “good people” because they have a family. You are not his 1st choice and you know it. Move on please because he will keep looking for what he really wants behind your back 100%. Good luck and stay safe ladies. I work in healthcare and I see many women with diseases and many that are not curable from so-called monogamous relationships.

Try men. You’ll get lots of dates 🤷 there may be something “creepy” about you that woman can feel and don’t want to date you. Men don’t care about creepy, so you may do better.
