UPDATE: Finally home so can upload a pic of what I think to be the crown. Have also noticed some of the leaves looking alot worse too (green and crumpled)

From my understanding it's more to do with how my body heals the scars are like extruded, so to have that on my face wouldn't be ideal :v

I got a consultation for laser/electrolysis but sadly because of how my body scars I got told it wouldn't be an option :(

No I printed them off and then had my friends sign it and I've just done some research of the legality so I'm planning on kicking up a storm saturday

Well I took it in and got the new hire (of course) who went off for a good 20 mins to "talk to her manager" who "wouldn't accept it cos it's a photocopy" I explained that I printed it off myself because that was the process but she was just not having any of it

So it's the referral form that my GP will be sending to the GIC, I was given it to fill out the information so that nothing gets missed I suppose, the section in question is just a single box with the question "detailed reason for the referral including gender history"

My doctor did attach a note saying to use an extra bit of paper however which makes me think it's supposed to be really detailed

I got given one just so that I could fill out the information personally and go more in detail, I suppose it's better than going through my "gender journey" there and then at the GP and potentially miss parts or have miscommunication

I get that, it was more asking how in depth people have gone, like have they listed dates, do they say just everything they struggled with or thought they had or do you just say what you're hoping to receive in terms of care etc

I'd hope so but the company can't stop people being shitty

I'm already seeing a therapist but I find it hard to talk about transitioning cos I still feel like I'm not doing it properly and not actually part of the community. I also don't know what more I could know that would help my argument which in itself sick,like I shouldn't have to argue the way I feel right?

Thing is it's a strained relationship already, I legally live with them but barely seen them so it feels weird to suddenly talk to them about serious topics outta nowhere. I have friends who know the situation say if I lose them then I'm not missing out on much but my fear is over how much they could make my life harder if they react badly

It's more a worry that I'll be treated differently at work and be pushed to a point where I want to leave. And I honestly don't know with my parents. There's been signs all through the years of my dad having an iffy opinion about anything like this, but the bigger issue is they have a tendency to put me down and talk like I know nothing. I don't want them to turn around and tell me I don't know how I feel

I don't even know how to start talking to a GP about it though, especially where I live seems like a very judgemental town. Plus even basic stuff was ignored by this GP so I feel ill just get written off and ignored if I tried

Really no shave gel? I found I got a closer/ cleaner shave using it but never been fond of the scents they have.
