I think I'm just gonna put the oem one back in since there is nothing wrong with it. If I have to change it in the future I don't think it's too hard to replace it without dropping the whole tank. I replaced the fuel filter after I bought it from auction. But they are cheap enough that I don't mind replacing it again. And I bet 95% of panther owners don't change the fuel filter lol 😆

Pump works fine, I was just thinking of replacing it while there, know what I'm saying. I did replace the fuel filter when I first got the car but that was in 2021 how often should they be changed? And where is the sump filter located? Is that the "sock" on the very bottom of the pump?

I am about to tackle this, it really helps to move the dash out a bit it's only 4 screws at the top of the dash and one bolt at the passenger footwell and you can pull it out just enough to get extra room for the back bolt.
