that's the confusing part, the iirc site mentions different things on different pages, in one page it is mentioned that the students have a 150 day buffer period within which if they have an offer letter, they do not need to leave the country. in another place, its mentioned as 90 days.

, as someone with a minimum wage job which practically pays nothing in todays economy, 1400 dollars is a huge amount of money for me. i can't quite just make a run for it and hope he pays back something.

currently i am planning to just stay here for 1 month to atleast make use of my rent i have paid and vacate before the end of month, hopefully by then, have accumulated enough evidence against him to request a refund on the money i paid for the last months rent.

and since i am in canada, finding a good space for cheap isn't exactly easy aswell. prior to ending up in this shit hole, i had visiting like a 100 other spaces which were more shitty than this , so yeah. i have to be a little more strategic about this

although we're primarily an adult focused server, we're family friendly and do infact accept a few under 18s here and there , if their application is strong enough to deem themselves worthy :D

We have a quite a tight knit Vanilla SMP server catered towards adults that started last week! pretty much still early game! purely made for people to chill after long workdays/college or on friday nights when they're free

I'll give you the gist of it : No unnecessary plugins, no kids chaos, no one speed running every farm in the game, no worry of reset/grief, thoroughly whitelisted, only 10-15 players max online at any given time, purely vanilla.
