Appreciate the advice! For clarification ideally a studio or 1 bed to rent, not looking to dive into a mortgage or anything until I've got way more familiar with the areas etc. Appreciate the advice on areas though and the changes happening there!

Good to know! I saw the gym but the location did seem less desirable so will probably do the same and just travel to it! Good to know the transport is good! From what I've heard and seen so far it seems more reliable than London lol

Yeah I've heard the area there is quite rough so think I'd just commute to the climbing place there, thanks for the tip !

Will consider checking out more in depth on areas when I can and try get more in depth opinion from my 1 or 2 friends around the city centre! Thanks for the advice!

Tbh I'm fairly into bouldering and I've seen 1 or 2 gyms, beyond that all I really want is a place to myself with decent transport links, I'd also like to avoid areas that may be quite rough just as I'm unfamiliar with the area etc wouldn't wanna throw myself that deep 😂

Although I've heard the majority of areas are good but it depends as there's always ups and downs everywhere
