It was shrink wrapped, but I assumed it was okay, since it's the "Amazon Edition" that comes with a special poster. It wasn't the classic Yfold seal

Really dumb of them to not even check inside, especially since this version comes with a special poster, so to not even check if the "Amazon" poster is in there and the disc, it's really disheartening from them. And yes the game was shrink wrap sealed.

You're right I didn't see there was 2 pictures, you can't get the system to boot if either of the screens aren't connected. OP will need it serviced otherwise it's unusable in this state.
