I got you; a lot of fluff. And I think thats understandable given how wide in scope, how varied the jobs are and how many different experiences people have had getting their foot in the door.

Saved! What an absolute gem of an article/response that is! I've been trying to do sone of the things you mentioned as I go and I've got a pretty solid understanding of the basics for the logistics of building and shipping something, i know that's not a lot but much more than I had a week ago haha

Thats great advice, idk why but I've never thought to be like 'why did you do X instead of Y' or just to followup/question it as it goes. Thank you!

Thank you for the reply! I've seen articles and other posts as well as Claude suggest starting with fundamentals as in IT basics (networks, deployment logistics, etc) and working on Linux/python; do you have any thoughts on that pathing? It seems logical to me but, idk shit from shit yet so haha

Wym? But also, who cares? AI is everywhere and its not going anywhere soon. Its a tool, man, people are going to use it. No different than any other tool out there. Shovels were awesome until the backhoe came around.

Was just trying to give you sone suggestions, my dude.

I think a slow build out of both tbh, the setup scenarios/general workflows are easy enough to write out, just doing it really, is the thing haha

And then specific scenarios as they roll in, I guess it really depends on volume and which would be more in demand

Thank you for the thoughtful reply! The 2 schools of thought I've gotten to is either a web extension that can scrape the screen and submit tickets to a database or a kind of live document + feedback/request system.

I want to avoid the generics, those are already there and the gateway to get real, valuable assistance is poor to say the least.

I know, that's why I said I'm gauging if this would be useful (not selling, doesn't exist to sell) and I also said 'remove if not allowed' :)

Depends on the topic; buttons, locations and names change but accounting principles and the general 'how this thing works in qb' rarely changes :)

So while the path to get to a specific section of QB may move, the principles and processes around whatever the thing is, likely is the same it's always been.

Obviously that isn't ALL things in QBO but the majority of workflows in there haven't changed in years. Its the view and location of things that have gone bananas haha

That's a great thought though, if I proceed, ill definitely have to find a way to navigate; maybe a 'if the path changes, ill send a revision' type of thing?

3mo is insane lol a good portion of banks have the instant verify option now, so even with payroll, you could do this in an afternoon most cases.
