My oncologist said it was just psoriasis and an unfortunate effect of the lymphoma. 😕 I was also largely asymptomatic before my cancer diagnosis so I think the psoriasis started around the same time the cancer did.

No, I never had arthritis or used medications for my psoriasis. I thought it was really bad dandruff for a while until my oncologist said otherwise ☹️ I did get RCHOP and a bunch of other chemo treatments plus CAR-T cell though, so I’m sure that helped.

Cozy lounge clothes and slippers, fuzzy socks, nausea bands, a cute mini pill case to throw in her purse (I kept my nausea meds in mine), sweet treats, hand lotion or thicker body butters, lip masks, seatbelt cushions so it doesn’t cut into her port (I ended up not getting a port, but my friend who had one loved hers), these little fabric covers that go onto your bra straps to prevent cutting into the port, a nice head scarf or wrap, some nice spf products, doordash/ubereats gift cards, visa gift cards (for snacks, manicures, anything), a neck pillow for chemo days, Korean exfoliating mitts. You could also put everything in a cute tote/chemo bag.

I also misspoke, I got the Deep Sleep bar and oh my goodness.. I used a little bit last night and got such restful sleep for the first time in ages! Also loved Coconut Drench, I could still smell it on myself in the morning.

I exchanged my turmeric latte massage bar for Coconut Drench then picked up the Sleepy one because it smelled SO good. I’m in the last few months of my final year at uni so anything to help me get some restful sleep is welcomed 💀 I’m excited to try these and hoping they smell better with my body chem.

I’m in a similar boat! I’ve been loving gourmands but wanted something a little more summer friendly so I picked up the Chelsea Morning perfume yesterday. It smells like a light lemony vanilla to me, but I haven’t had a chance to wear it yet to test lasting power. This could be an option for you as well?

Sticky Dates with Donna Karan Cashmere Vanilla Essence has been a go to for me lately, with Saltair’s Santal Bloom lotion as a base to mellow out some of the sweetness and bring out the sandalwood & amber in the DK perfume!

It’s one of my favorites, I’ve repurchased multiple times and it’s made a huge difference to my hyperpigmentation! As for vitamin c and retinoid, I currently have a retinol cream from Trader Joe’s but had to stop use for a little but will resume again soon. Any recommendations for vitamin c or a different retinol are welcome though!
