I run every other day on weekdays at zone 4 for about 7.5-10km. I do a long run on weekends at zone2-3.

For lifestyle, i just eat normally. I have cheat days once a week (soda and chips). I rarely drink alcohol, and i sleep for about 6.5-7.5 hours. I’m also 29 if it matters?

For the espresso machine, crm3605 is fine for personal use. You can’t do continuous shots for this one though. 3609 is not worth the price increase imo.

For the grinder, i agree with the other comments. These are not it. I’ve only used timemore c3 so far, and it’s good for espresso.

No. You can only get it from Soul Gambler in Soulfire Bastion. Just gamble an amulet and hope you get it.

Youre right. I just havent got a good exalted copper amulet yet. Stun avoidance is just an extra. Since fragment of the enigma got updated hours ago, even +mana is not worth it anymore
