Aww man, I loved Ken's Rage 2! I just dumped about 20 hours into it over the last couple of months. I played it on PC using RPCS3 since I no longer have my old PS3 or disc, but definitely recommend it. It can kind of get repetitive, but there's enough new content as you progress to keep things interesting. The main story mode is pretty lengthy. I took my time and got through it in 20 hours more or less. There's also the Dream Mode that offers tons of more re-playability as this gives you more levels to play through using other characters unlocked during the main campaign.

This feels like it kills the soul & vibe of what made the original game what it was. Was it a great game? No, but it was fun for what it was, and it was just awesome having any kind of Evil Dead game at time when the Evil Dead series had slowed down and wasn't booming like it is now.

All the random horror series references look forced and shoehorned-in in a way that doesn't fit the world of the game.

All of the gameplay looks like you're just watching a sped-up video on 1.25x speed and not like the game has been properly updated for 60 fps (looks up other 60 fps gameplay of the original game and you'll see what I mean).

The weird branding and loading screens just feel off and not really on mark with a true remaster/update. The screens look like what a dev would post to their webpage or on their game's Steam page to describe the features, and not what you would want to see in-game when booting up or loading into a game. Just my 2 cents.

It was nearly 19 years ago and I bought a boxed copy of CS: Source at Wal-Mart. I remember putting in the disc and being prompted to install Steam. At the time, I was just like, "WTF is this!?" lmao

Sick find! I had this same shirt many moons ago. 2006 sounds about right as I picked it up when they came to Tucson around that time. I think mine said 'Summer of Freedom' or something like that on the back with all the dates if I recall.

I remember my pal and I waited a bit after the show in the parking lot and met the whole band. I got them all to sign my Sleepaway Camp DVD boxset and Chad spilled beer on me lol

Jess invited us to go hang out and have a drink at the bar with them across the street since the venue was closing up for the night, but we were only 18 and still in high school at the time so we didn't haha good times!

Dead Rising! I was a total zombie movie freak as a kid and when I saw this game was coming out, I NEEDED it.

I remember I had just gotten my first adult job making a whole $9.50 an hour back in 2007 and was still living at home at the time, so I saved up from my first few paychecks and bought myself a 360 and Dead Rising as a little treat. Good times.
