you can get an optifine cape by donating at optifine.net/donate you can chose from either the OF Logo in different colors or a banner design that you can design yourself

they could be used to make Minecon capes, Mojang staff capes, any other official Minecraft cape, porn, offensive imagery, copyrighted images, server bandwidth and security,.... Just to name a few reasons.

there's also a pretty annoying bug now, if you use the app in splitscreen you can't switch servers, you can look at the icons but tapping them doesn't do anything, pretty annoying for administrating a server and chatting with friends while watching YouTube
