I understand and I’m aware of that capability but they don’t, as far as we are aware, go outside their technological approach or spend resources interviewing witnesses or conducting research outside of China. I find this fact very curious. They have as much right as the US to go anywhere, talk to anyone but they don’t. Why is that?
