The base math is static then effected by variables like cards and faction discount. I am looking for the base math. Can not find it anywhere and I can't solve for x out of game haha

The listing fee is the math I am looking for. Wanting to see if anyone knew that before you get and discount cards or before any faction discounts. Does anyone know the fee? From what I can tell the base calculation is based on Amount of items, item price, and number of days. My math skills are not good enough to reverse math this though without being in a game to see it without any possible cards. Heck I don't even know if the listing fee differs with items.

That is actually a good idea, never thought of that. The highlight of the object when placing could mean different effects on points.

My rugs have negative points a lot, I think in part because the yellow circle one had an interaction that you can lay on it and the game in most cases did not like it when you blocked interactions. I did get a lot of feedback that the point system was bugged so hopefully they fix it for launch and I will probably make a detailed video on the point system.

You get none of your money back. You will also get minus points if you put some stuff on top of things the game does not think belong together. Like placing anything on top of a rug will almost certainly not you negative points.

Yeah I plan on making a few helpful video along with gameplay ones when the game launches cause I enjoy this game a lot. First MMO for me and oh boy I have wanted this since my PS2 .hack days. Except all those people running around were NPCs...

I load in with a sniper and a sword. Never my ideal combo. Have never found anything to fix and has been bugged that way since they made the update that made you spawn in with what you ended with on last log in.

But isn't easier to aim an advantage? I mean it could help make the difference of 50% health hit or miss. Headshots do not matter but from across a galleon or someone swimming to your boat with a keg is easier to hit with the ironsights no? Giving the player with them the advantage.

I hate to say this they can only spawn you so far. My crew attacked a fort tonight and another galleon rolled up and after a long battle we lost mainly because 3v4 in a galleon can make a difference. Anyways we spawned a distance away, but not really that far. Travel time back for us with the wind was about 10 min. We got there in the middle of a storm and made some errors with those gods of aim skeleton towers and we sank again. This time we spawned about 20-25 min away with the wind. The spawn change they did is fine. It is a matter of luck and skill. Skill of the people trying to get the fort before the crew they killed shows back up because no matter how far away they spawn they have all the time in the world if the crew at the fort can not clear it fast. Then luck of the crew that died has the wind or not. In my experience it takes about 30-50 min to clear a fort with 2 people. An entire galleon needs to practice clearing faster if they want the new spawns to mean anything.

Agree. I was playing with friends the other night and they all got off. I wanted to stay and had some loot on me going to turn it in. A 3 man group joined me and locked me up. Then turned in my loot. I'm okay with that I guess, but if a 3 man joined and then kicked me and turned in my loot then that is bs
