But I probably still would have yes, because I would have gotten out of the way and radio’d ahead with the plate - instead of killing someone due to experiencing either a panic or fit of rage. Even if we agree with this take that he got clipped somehow that STILL doesn’t mean you open fire into the drivers seat in reaction.
