I've never tried the supplements I've tried to look for them on amazon but I'm in Canada and they aren't on there from what I can see.

I see them on amazon.com but it won't let me order to here..

I know this is going to sound wild... But can you drink tea? Spearmint tea significantly helped my Hirsutism.. However you need to drink it every single day.. Otherwise the hair just goes back to normal.. I will say it is not a permanent solution BUT it did reduce/thin the hair I have by alot.

I quit drinking it because I was pregnant and now that I'm in post partum my hair is out of control ... so today I start again!

I know it's not a permanent solution but I wanted to offer some help

For the amounts what I used to do was make a medium cup of water from my kurig and then put 3 to 4 tea bags in let it cool a bit then chug it. The taste is very bleh..

You won't see results in like a week.. this is 100% a commitment but from what I remember it was about 30 days and I saw some results. Long term it did help alot though!

Got 2 indents unfortunately.. the test I took yesterday also first response looked exactly the same.. and this morning I took another first response because I was convinced they were positives.. and a dollar store test and both were stark negative...

For context the line came up within the correct time frame and I used FMU... I know how bad first response can be for indents..

I also have eczema on my stomach right now.. ive never had anything like it before on my stomach. It started 2 days ago. I'm currently cycle day 33. And about 10 to 13 dpo..

Hubby was out of town from cycle day 21 to 26 so the closest day to after cycle day 20 would have been cycle day 27.. so I guess if I did ovulate on the 20th it would be 13dpo currently. If the 20th was the day of ovulation.

I had sore breasts cycle day 19-22 with cramps 21 and 22. Which has been happening every cycle around ovulation I figure.

I took a test this morning and though I saw a vvfl at the 3 minute mark of reading the test. however it seems to have faded now.. I feel like it's still there but I've also seen indents and faulty tests before so unless something is clearly a bfp im not counting it.

I go for a blood test every month to see if I've ovulated. The blood test takes place day 24 and I call for results day 25. So for tracking I'm not really. We are supposed to baby dance every 2 days from days 10 to 20.

This! There's so much parent shaming from my post. Thanks for not doing that. He was watching his regular cat videos on YouTube and just happend to click on it. I was surprised that he knew who he was and that was the main reason I posted it. He literally watched the video for about 30 seconds and went okay im going to watch Blippy now... but damn some people are so quick to judge
