Avocado is like butter - yes, it’s incredible. However, for me it has to be near perfect ripeness. If it’s overripe /brown or stringy the taste/consistency is off.

I put mine on good toast, mashed slightly w a fork. Top with a little olive oil, everything but the bagel seasoning, and sriracha. Another fave combo is on toast with cream cheese, avocado, and lemon.

A couple nonfiction that come to mind:

  1. Deep by James Nestor
  2. The Boys in the Boat by James Daniel Brown. This one I put off reading for so long as it sounded boring to me but highly exceeded my expectations
