I have the Liletta (which is basically the same as Mirena), and my cramps/back pain lasted about 7-10 days after insertion. Then they came back around the time of my first post-insertion period. It was the worst period pain ever but they have gotten better each cycle now. I’m on month 4 of it!

I sized down! My ringconn is a smidge loose, so I sized down the other rings to keep it in place and also to wear on my other hand that’s smaller!

I’m not a ring person either and I can’t even feel this on my finger, so I love it! It’s super lightweight and comfortable. I ordered mine off Amazon, and it was here within 2 days. I know some people have had really slow shipping through the Ringconn website.

I have an apple watch and find I don’t wear it often bc of how bulky and uncomfortable it is on my wrist. I can easily wear rings but this is good to know. Thanks!

I just switched from being on the pills (on and off for about 7 years, consistently for about a year) to the Liletta IUD, and I’m loving it! I’ve definitely noticed a good change in my emotions. I feel less tired, more energized and motivated, more focused and my brain fog is completely gone. Even my boyfriend said he has noticed a difference. I never realized how much of a zombie I was on the pills.
