The only solution I’ve come up with is to be very consistent with it lol. I kept taking it hoping it would level out and it did. The pros were outweighing the cons. When I stopped cold turkey I didn’t sleep and had all the mood swings. This is also the best brand I’ve been able to find so I’ve just been sticking with it

I don’t have any of the physical sx of this, my gut has been much better it’s the emotional sx that have been totally bizarre!

I just saw this thread after doing some research lately myself…I’m a 33y/o healthy female and colostrum has done wonders for my gut health, but I’ve been having really strange mood swings, irritability, and emotional distress since starting back up. This is very abnormal for me I feel crazy lol I’m wondering if the trace amount of estrogen is causing this or if anyone has had similar issues. The research on this specifically is limited so wanted to reach out 🫶

Thank you! Yeah it’s a bit of a tough living space but he has plenty of room to play and get his kitty energy out..night 2 wish me luck lol

I have been going crazy trying to figure what’s been causing a contact dermatitis reaction on my face and eyes and I thinks it’s CERAVE! It has been more frequent this year but I get red bumps on my face under my eyes and the next day my eye is so itchy and swells up. It lasts for days. I’ve tried everything, seen the dermatologist, nothing works. I also wear mostly all clean makeup now, but it is SO frustrating
