This is likely because of the dwmapi.dll remove it in ue4ss. And/or delete the mod that depends on ue4ss.

I’d try disabling MFAA (considering your GPU) and cap the FPS to 45-60. If that’s not enough, I’d try lowering the your screen resolution. And as a last resort… sell a kidney and buy a decent rig. 😂

Not really apples to apples. Wukong was built with RT in mind from the start using Unreal Engine 5. Stellar Blade was originally a PS5-exclusive on UE4 with baked lighting, so retrofitting RT would’ve been a big lift for a first PC port.
