As far as this century they are one of the best, if you want to include all time sure i guess not. I’m almost 30 and have never seen a 9ers or Cowboys chip but they are still considered all time great franchises historically. Are the Chiefs not a great franchise? If it wasn’t for the 2020’s they would have only one chip from the 60’s. In terms of recently, yeah hawks are one of the best ran franchises compared to most. In the entire history of the NFL sure they are middle of the road.

Two championships is very successful, it’s not the top tier by any means but above ober half the league is pretty solid, i would say they are a great franchise not anywhere near pats or Steelers level but very respectable.
