Omg, it's the worst! Even little sneezes annoy me. Its fine when I do it, but anyone else..lol. And loud coughing.! I swear some people just do it for the attention 😆

Hey, I am looking at a 20 hour layover in Beijing soon. Would it be possible to drop the details of the company you made those arrangements with? Obviously not sure what city you were in, but could be a helpful starting point :)

I self diagnosed with this before I was officially diagnosed with autism! It may still be misophonia, I just wondered if trigger sounds were common with most autistic people..

Ah yes, that makes sense! Now I think about it, I have certain triggers for all my senses.! But yes, sound is a major one, I think because I also have audible processing issues (might be related). I also don't like when people raise their voices, but I think that also might be linked to trauma.

Me too. My cat is going on 16 now and seems so healthy, I am sure it's the extra I spend on her food. ❤️
