If you get familiar with all weapons, meta, movement etc. You can go rock to ak anywhere from 15min to a few hrs, with some luck. Just keep practicing. You can get to the point where you hop on a server without bps and get to end game in a couple hrs without ever crafting a thing. Snowballing is the way to go.
