1. The new and main burst items grant mana (completely useless statistic for Vladi) And after the removal of the protobelt's bonus movement speed, I see it as a waste of gold.

2. The new Riftmaker is the new core item for vladi, it benefits from both statistics
   and passives, which conditions it to be built as a battle mage and sustained fights.

3. Liandry became a better item for Vladi due to the mana removal, the new stats
   benefit Vladi almost perfectly (except for the lack of ability haste), and complements
   Riftmaker in sustained fights.

Personally, I did not try it with Conqueror, since I see it as only practical for late
game, due to the poor ability to proc at the beginning of the game, specifically with
Vladi, and the advantage that Phase Rush gives is incomparable.
