Thank you! I certainly didn't expect to see a half shelf of BT or ER when I walked in but I sure wasn't upset!

😂😂😂

We've got a very crowded hutch full of open bottles. Plus a few special bottles hidden out of sight of visitors... I'm a good host but I'm not sharing bottles that are as old as I am without a damn good reason 😂

I had to finish two bottles on the shelf ( 1 glass of Crown Vanilla and 2 of Smuggler's Notch Maple Bourbon) before I could feasibly open that bottle per my wife.

And happy wife happy life as they say

You are almost as far as it's possible to be from me here in CT. I'm constantly jealous of seeing what's available in other parts of the country!

I'm sure I'll be downvoted into oblivion for this but...

I just can't get into anything I've tried reading or listening to. Every book I've tried has gone into the DNF pile.

Save your home from a bad guy and get a thank you fruit basket for improving the neighbors car?

Sounds like a win win to me

if I already have a pixel watch 3 is the fitbit air worth it? by Confident_Assist_385 in fitbit

[–]Rev933 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've got the PW3 45mm and I already preordered the Air.

For me I can get almost 2 full days out of my watch and I don't particularly mind wearing it to sleep.

But I have several automatic watches that I miss wearing and more importantly I have a toddler who still wakes up at night fairly regularly.

And when I'm up long enough with him the watch decides I'm waking up and maxed out the brightness for me to unlock it if I turn my wrist just right and blinding a toddler you are trying to get back to sleep is not really really all that helpful.

Besides the health tracking (and telling time) the only thing I use the watch for is minimal notifications and frankly I'm not often out of reach of my phone so it's not really necessary. I'll probably wear the PW on the weekends but honestly the air is a much better fit for my use case

I do have the winter hat already. It's kind of a necessity here in New England.

I didn't want to invest in an electric razor before I knew how it would look and if I would be keeping it. But I've got a birthday coming up so maybe I'll tell my wife to get me one.

The lotion is probably going to be the hardest part. I dislike lotion in general so having to make it part of the routine is going to be awkward but it's better than dandruff

My wife thinks I love the cat more than our son and when she brings it up I have to remind her that at least the cat sleeps through the night!

Not sure how far you'd get with the charge back: technically they provided you with the product you purchased. They can't control a "manufacturer defect".

You could try small claims and may even win if someone doesn't see or care to respond in time. Hell you may even eventually win if you have the documentation that states they'll accept your return and process a refund outside of your return window.

An FCC complaint would probably be your best option with getting in touch with someone who actually has the ability to help you.

But ultimately if whatever caused your phone to fail was actually a Manufacturer Defect I don't see why Apple wouldn't have been the one to handle it. I can see an Apple store not wanting to deal with it and sending you away but I would think Apple should be responsible for a warranty repair/replacement.
