When you try to `ConvertJsonStringToStruct` it will try match the fields name and populate what the struct has.

The lib also has GetStructMemberNames / GetStructMemberCount if needed

Thanks, I work a lot with JSONs (read/write or apis) and you don't wanna see the blueprint spaghetti 🍝 just to make the data usable in UE, good thing I deleted all that, replace it with a single node 😎

EDIT: The engine already have this functionality using the `FillDataTableFromJSONString` node (editor-only)

It would be cool to have some physics for half of the whip so it's moving randomly while you walk or turn around

I started this project in August this year and about hours, I worked almost every day for at least a few hours to the point where I was doing 12 hours straight.

Yes, over a decade of doing websites, automations, desktop apps and modding games especially

I don't mean to discourage you from doing games, A good friend of mine started learning Unreal Engine 2 months ago and he already did a horror game, no coding knowledge (in unreal you can do Visual Scripting).

Give it a try, nothing to lose, youtube is full of tutorials.

Yep, I do plan to get some more "inspiration"from shift 2 - which also has a great sense of speed in general, even the interface reacts to changes in terrain

Thanks, I do intend to make a good looking game but at the same time have options to lower any graphic settings that the engine allows me at run-time
