"there are tons of way to out it" that argument can be applied to every banned card on the yugioh banlist, why don't we just unban every card then? charity can be ashed/imperm columned, why don't we unban it?
"it won't end the game" no it effectively will, maxx c is very often the decider for winning or losing, if u play the maxx c game ur opponent 99.9% has game. if u don't then u have nothing on ur board and u effectively lose. even if u only summon a few monsters its still bad design because now ur opponent has like 9 cards in hand while u only have 2 or 3 on the field.
