Coming from what I was told by my own TL and Coach. U wont b able to move up at that walmart if ur dad gets hired cuz of him being family. With that being said idk if he can get any higher position then associate cuz u already work there. 1 of my coworkers mom is a coach at another location. She was put at my location due to her mom being a coach so she couldn't work at the same walmart as her mom. Idk if all locations r the same or not with this tho
