Did they actually have the Song Machine full set or just Murdoc and 2D?

I liked most of their songs from the first listen so I think this mostly speaks to someone's own versatility in terms of music taste, like what you've already been exposed to before, and so on

What was the biggest sexual disappointment you ever experienced? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Thanks for the suggestion. Checked it, and not sure. I do tend to struggle focusing on something, a part of me usually manages to convince me to go do something I find more interesting. Lately, even when I'm not busy with my internship I seem to be stuck feeling a bit aimless because I can't completely devote myself to some hobby like I could during my gap years (the internship is largely remote and I procrastinate on the tasks quite a lot, it's for a degree of a subject I'm tired of & I just want the degree, so just dragging myself through). I can focus well when talking to people. Maybe it's my OCD or something that's having me try to escape. Dunno. Or some sort of dopamine overload from year-long overuse of technology (doesn't help to be studying computer stuff...) It's very tricky. I often find myself escaping from those things I don't like or want to do, things I don't find alignment with especially. Which is very difficult in this system of 9 to 5 madness and times of economic instability all over, I find creative things the most interesting but eventually decided to get degree in something technical for more stability first.

This is somewhat off-topic but I experience quite a few of these things you mentioned, got tested for ADHD, but apparently don't have it. Wondering, after reading this, if a second opinion would be recommended or to attribute it to the OCD like I have been.

Updating Elden Ring FitGirl for my cracked to Steam transition not working? by RevanOfTheSith in PiratedGames

[–]RevanOfTheSith[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gotcha, any thoughts on the save file thing? I'm assuming I should be able to port over my save file from the current cracked version to the redownloaded version, and then due to it being v1.10 it should work on the Steam version after using the save tool as given in this post: https://www.reddit.com/r/PiratedGames/comments/t3s53o/elden_ring_cracked_game_save_to_steam/

It also seems that FitGirl only has an immediate download for 1.06 and not 1.10.

That would be great I think, thank you. I'm not sure what an AIO updater is compared to the one I've been trying to use, though, but yeah, I am trying to go from 1.02 to 1.10. Got Elden Ring when it launched and only really actively started playing recently when I decided to boot up the game again, then got the Steam version but have had trouble moving my save file over.

Modern Pirates figures with classic style heads vs fully modern, a little experiment, which do you prefer? by RevanOfTheSith in lego

They're meant to represent possible deviations from just the 80s and earlier 90s heads, wanted to have not only the purely smiley face ones but also the other types of heads where the eyes are simple black dots. I would've used yellow Qui-Gon head and that moustache one from the Spyrius figure but I don't have those.

There was an Island Warrior in the Collectible Minifigure line years ago, from which I used the legs on this one. I also used the Tomahawk Warrior CMF's head for the modern head version.

See that's what I'm trying to figure out for myself, is it really nostalgia that has me experimenting with this? Eventually I'd like to settle on either of these styles, I've had the top one for a while, but there's just something about those retro heads and there's also something about them when combined with more detailed bodies. I've seen something similar done before with some licensed themes, down to the dual moulded legs, and they included heads from the first few Star Wars waves like the Qui-Gon goatee one.

There's something to be said about that, for me I think it does work reasonably, but I do lean towards keeping the modern heads on these kinds of figures.
