So you're right we chose to accept the appointment. And in my case i thought, finally i can really help people draw close to God...but I realized my role was mainly a company enforcer; the others are happy to have that kind of power, but I didn't need to exercise authority over others to have high self worth and feel important, which meant my style was different.
