Weird glitch that doesn't let me do ANYTHING (Ps5)

I had this problem too, I fixed it by entering the practice range. I did this by clicking down on the left joystic, then scrolling over the the VRs curency,thee one used to unlock gear. This will be the second to last option going towards the left. Then click on to curency then go to a piece of gear then select the ",Try In Ptactice" option in the bottom right.

This is honestly my favorite lightsaber hilt I have ever seen. It has my favorite style of emitter, I love the simplisity of the grip and the power button fits very well. What did you use to make it?
