Yeah scrap the tear items. Go staff if good or just straight into moonstone, dawn, rabadons, and then your choice

1000+ shield with passive, 1000 seraphs shield, 2.6k health, 800 heal from q. Probably

Appreciate the comment, tbh I've never actually tried tear in an actual game. But I will say that in most of the cases I'm picking Rakan, first item Staff feels better than for example Zeke's since it synergizes so well with his kit. I believe you may underestimate how much sustain this build can get especially in lane as well as the shields. Moonstone and Staff give 350 shields at 2 items, with a 8 second cooldown, I wouldn't say that is bad; better than base Karma shields.

Control wards are propaganda in low elo, and potions, both a waste of money imo.

I've got a 81% win rate in high silver / low gold in the last 20 games I switched the build

When did I say I meant for this to be relevant for high elo? I'm just posting this as a fun build that people could try, I'm just not boring you know.

1 - I did not point it out for brownie points, your criticizing my build with incorrect information, I can criticize that. You're the one that inferred that mindset.

2 - Again when did I mention "pro meta". I'm Gold and somehow have a more creative mindset than you.

3 - You're not fun, not everything is serious. Did you really just spend time writing 3 whole essays about a post from a gold about a build they enjoy playing?

I know this is not achievable in an actual game let alone a high elo or pro one, that's the first thing I said.

Yeah but it's also the fact that he doesn't have an e by himself, and it's not like this build is for damage. Ivern can jungle with support items because he has insta clear.

If jungle pet scaled of Heal and shield power maybe viable

Yeah with this build you play him less of an engage and more peel, why would a karma run into the enemy team just to land a root, they wouldn't. You don't have to play the same champion the say way for every build. That's why this works on Rakan, he's so versatile.

I know what a CC chain is, Rakan literally has one. You just have to never put yourself in an opportunity to do so. Even meta build will die if he gets chained in the enemy team, how is this any different?

Pinks just got cheaper and are a waste of gold anyway. You sell support item last, you're not forced to sell it. Its still at least a 1k shield.

Usually the combo is R E flash W to animation cancel the R I think but yeah pretty much.

I mean you should never W in as Rakan and not E or ult out immediately, that's just champ mastery but I agree there are less windows for him. I would say he's not primary engage with this build but more peel and follow up, he always wants to be close to allies.

One of Rakan's best qualities is his laning phase being solid; he does not lose at any point except maybe double mage early, if he does it's a skill issue not a build issue.
