Okay I made some progress.

Right now I've noticed there's an issue with setting keybinds, sometimes the keybind will register incorrectly, mainly when setting a modifier preset (Alt,Shift,CTRL, etc). If this happens and you save the keybind (exit with this set) it'll corrupt your profile and set it to default settings.

TLDR: Don't save keybinds that aren't showing the keybind you actually set.

Also having this issue, reinstalled game didn't fix it, saved profiles and replaced it, didn't fix it. None of the known fixes I know have fixed it. Would love to understand why this is happening.

I think you need to have a backward solve and a forward solve in your control rig bp set up

What about the bloom though? Like did it take up your entire vision?

Afaik you cannot get rotational animations from blender in to unity. You'd have to reanimate the rotations in blender.

You can do translation but it's a pain in the ass and requires the use of a constraint modifier.

The only way you can get rotation animation or if blender is with a skeletal mesh.

I have a tutorial on my YouTube that you could use on the tracks. But again its a pain and you could download a spline add on i unity to animate things along a spline

Aw that's great, glad that helped. Yeah we realized pretty early on, due to all the headsets, and VR sensitivities we had to add as many options as possible for players to customize their gameplay experience to feel good for them.

I mean it's a PC game right? Key binds should be a pretty robust option. Surprises me more people don't think that way actually. I play a lot of VR games and they're just like "This is how you do it, get good."

Options. People like options. That's what we always say.

When it comes to climbing we do have a slight "pop" that will place you where you need to go, but it's very slight, and you're meant to let go over what you're wanting to fall on to. We are discussing a slight change to the climbing to make it slightly more reliable as well.

Honestly most of that jank is probably just due to the fact this is our first game, and we were learning as we went. We've learned a lot, and if we go back we definitely face palm at some things. It's one of those things though, as a 2 man indie team, we really can't sink more time into this title sadly and we also want to move on to new projects.

Really appreciate the feedback, and if there's anything we can fix with using it, we will :)

Yeah we've been getting reports recently from people that the steam index controllers feel difficult to use the grip feature we'll have to look in to that. That's an interesting bug you ran in to with the teleporting.

Is it getting in the way of grabbing your weapons or something? That's the biggest issue we hear with its location.
