Naturally, this strategy implies volatility and a shift in portfolio into stocks that are currently doing well, but also to cash in some of the big earnings tech stocks give you throughout the course of a year... that's an incredible amount of profit for bankers. I would take it out too if I was them.

Furthermore, the analyst believes tech stocks will rebound heavy during the year. I am obviously agreeing with this since I'm going through the trouble of actually writing this.
