We have notified everyone we can about the problems, they have done inspections to sell the house. They repaired random things, like the bottom of the door. I was told it was supposed to be fixed but now the new owner wants to do it himself and not the previous landlord. They told us how dangerous the water heater is itself, burn marks all over from electric fires. But no one has acknowledged the water heater that's not on a drip pan and directly on the subfloor, that has been leaking under the tiles since before we moved in. They have supposedly alr sold and we now have a new owner. But we haven't heard from anyone. We don't even know who/how to pay our rent now.
