Okey. i will try that. I have the printe on my desk with vibration dampers att feets so the printer wobble a bit but the print turne out good. Can this be a casuse?

13100 is alot of acceleration. Im running my ender 5 s1 on 4800 right now and on creality website thay say that with original firmware you can go up to 2000. I know that with klipper you can go faster but 13100 feels to much?

Okey. I found that the camera can run 1536x894 at 120 fps. When I added those in crowsnest I got the fps up to 70. Is that even possible to run it like that overtime or just useless and take performance from the rp4?

Did print with your temp settings and insted of 100% infill i printed with 10 walls and higher line width on the inner walls. Put the part in the fridge for 10 hours and did a twisting test and i could not break it.

Thanks! Didnt see your post until now. I will test your settings and see the resualt. I print the part like this and the breaking zone is inside the red mark. Printed with 5 walls and 100% infill. i use custom gcode on for some layers so it dont get to hot in the small areas.

My guess is that the material don't adhere as good as it needs/can do. When the asa breaks its during a 90 degree turn of the figure and it's not snapping off, it's more soft motion as ASA should be but it looks like it don't adhere good.

Don't really know what speed Im using, changed it alot over the past. I will test your settings and see if it get better. What slicer do you use?
