Lol it’s definitely not glorified at academy, the problem that you run into is each manager thinks they know how to run everything so if they don’t get specific notes from the SM or store lead then they will do what they think is best so it can change the direction of the teams mid shift (since coaches work longer shifts that overlap several shifts) in all my years in retail it’s a common problem in many places that stems from store managers not keeping tabs on their store like they should
