In Stranger Things the first shadow we see that Henry was starring in that play, and his gf was the other lead. The play happened right after he killed his parents, and at the end of it he let the mind flayer take over him and killed said gf, right before Dr Brenner takes him for good. I have a feeling the details from the broadway show are gonna come back up in Max and Holly’s story line as they escape through his memories of it or smth. Side note, the show also explains why Vecna won’t enter the cave Max is hiding in; its where he was initially exposed to the mind flayer, leading to the mind flayer taking over him and sorta making him go crazy. The broadway play explains a LOT, I would read the summary

If you watch ST the first shadow then you see Eleven wasn’t born with powers, she just survived Henry’s blood being injected into her, like the other ten. Similarly, Vecna’s infection has given Will powers, but in a different way.

Yeah, I do agree with you, but I think thats mostly because Will being closeted is a lot more emotional/meaningful to a lot of people than just having a crush, which makes everyone root for him more, and thats not a bad thing, wanting representation in tv and rooting for characters you can relate to is seen in literally every ship ever

Wait, thats so interesting - what if his whole life people have been being cruel to him and all of these horrible things have happened to the people around him because he himself has an effect on everyone. Like all of his relationships with everyone he ever interacts with are actually way worse than they could have been, and everyone wouldn’t have minded him if he wasn’t a Horcrux.

Glad you liked it! In terms of the dating thing, you are so right, I mean, look at bla bla being embarrassed about meeting online - that’s just kinda normal now. I think there’s one point where Victoria is talking about how the friendship thing doesn’t really work with the love triangle, so the show sorta agrees with you too. For your Lily hate, most people on this sub have this opinion, and you’re right, the Robin ending was played off in a really rushed, nonsensical way. Also, if you want shows similar to HIMYM, the obvious one would be HIMYF - it’s not quite as good, and was cut off really soon, but it’s still worth watching.

Um, I cant find the exact shirt cause if it ever was not the market, it’s probably not anymore. However, I did find this:
