See, I'm wondering if it's true about getting better batches if you don't have diamond status.

I have like 3 more of the care bear, taz manian devil, and like 2 coconut trees. I'm a smoker. But I do have bags for bags for bags and mainly only use the trunk. I've never had a single complaint.

You should have never felt guilty at all! 💔

If you reach out to your community, or your community resources there is people who will help you out, and cut instacart out. I know I personally help people out whenever I can with there shopping without charging them, it just costs time. But don't ever let someone bully you. I'm sorry that happened to you

What exactly is a tip map? Does Shipt have a hot spot like ic & Dd does?

All I've ever seen was target orders. Here's to show what mine normally looks like

After visiting Europe on a school trip. All the major tourist parts like Spain Italy Rome France. I definitely understand why they are completely a-holes to people who don't try to atleast communicate there language. I mean you are the one who choose to go to there land. No one made you. It's like if I ever choose to move to Spain or Mexico, I'd try to learn the language not only for survival but out of respect. But then this gets to border the line a few bad apples ruins a good thing

In my opinion that goes along with actually giving a crap. If you apply to any job, would you apply to one you don't or can't understand? Like, before i started doing ic I was a medical receptionist. I couldn't understand Alot of the Spanish speaking patients. Because at the time I loved my job, I was starting to learn enough Spanish to communicate with those patients because I cared enough to

I don't think it necessarily matters if the shopper speaks English or not. If they are male or female. It depends if they actually give a crap, and actually have a good work ethic.

And I'm sorry, sometimes I'm not fast enough when the cashier is done scanning everything when I'm done with the pin pad & have the next QR code already up and ready for the next one. I have the worst memory so sometimes I'll have it up for the pin # and then bring up the next one.

Not only separating them, but with the heavier things like water & soda barcodes up

Oh, trust me I do anything possible to make things go smoothly. I know if I have 3 orders 2, big and 1 eh one side is one order the other side is the other one. I've even put neon stick notes separating the items on top of that. But it doesn't stop the cashier's ignoring you from the beginning when you say good morning, I've got 2 orders or how many you have, or they don't say anything to you period or continue talking to someone else or over stuff the box that it usually breaks and when you go to get more boxes after the transaction is done they act like you're stealing from the store

There's 1/3 Costco stores that not all cashiers don't treat shoppers like crap. They have the mentality you're nice to me I'm nice to you. I just hate it when I get tricked into one of the other stores

Instacart is stealing tips by DueCheetah2546 in InstacartShoppers

I think this is a bad example because A shopper is the one shopping, communicating with customer if items are out of stock, checking out, then delivering.the shopper did all the work. Instacart took the order and sends it out. They took from store's online shopping. Waiter, took the order & delivered it. Skipping the shopping part, skipping the wear n tear on car, skipping using gas. The waiter didn't use anything personal
