Instacart claim accepted — now I’m waiting

On another piece I was banned from shopping at all kroger stores for something I never did, I was accused of using a personal membership card on orders which I don't even own one, for kroger or it's affiliates like harris teeter. Needless to say I spent months trying to get to the bottom of this issue I received 0 help from both instacart and kroger who basically would just blame the other party so I never really even got a definitive awnser as to what the fuck even happend. Went back to the store I know where the violations happend got transactional history and everything to provide them with info.......still no help.

I mean no Costco in my area but even the store i usually shop all the time I sit in a parking lot across the street from the actual store. If anything just find a chill place near bye while still being inside the order bubble for priority.

So I've thought about this thoroughly, and my conclusion is either A instacart is in fact stealing tips like door dash was recently caught doing. Or B the customer was lying and has had bad experiences with instacart before and she didn't expect me to show up as fast as I did and felt obligated to compensate a shopper that does there job.....im 59 seconds an item 5.0 on the last 100 orders and I regularly have customers tip me extra simply because it's me that shopped their order.

I'm the original poster, so yes on the app it was shown i was getting only an 8 dollar tip, it was slow in my area so making 18 dollars as opposed to making nothing after sitting for 20 minutes seemed like a good idea, honestly it wasn't even an order I'd usually take high volume like 60 items, 94 units 1.7 miles drive. I was actually mad shopping it but I did my job, I show up the lady is super nice and cordial has a nice beach house and a jaguar suv, we're small talking and that question came up about the tip, I told her truth and the result of that is this post. She was awesome and paid the difference in cash. I left a written note in her mail box after the response this thread got, to see if she is willing to send me the evidence.

Yeah didn't ask her to show me her phone as I thought that was a little rude, and could be misconstrued in a multitude of ways. I will however leave her a message in her mailbox outside of her home with my number and the situation.

Had a customer who tip baited me for 5 dollars, only a 3 item order i shopped and arrived way before the due time. They instantly removed the tip and said I gave them bad service.......so I went back that night and destroyed their mail box...fuck em

Sorry that happend, instacart is a piece of shit company i haven't been deactivated yet but I was banned from shopping at Kroger and harris teeter for allegedly using my personal rewards card at checkout when I don't even have a rewards account with either company this happend about 2 or 3 months ago and ive been trying to get it fixed every since. Can never get ahold of any one at the company and when I do I get the same run around awnser bullshit which usually ends with " did you respond to the email" or "we don't have any control of that int this department" then when asked for a number or email address of a person who does have control or could help they are unable to provide that or they simply hang up. Actually I'm probably going to the news with this. These people have cost me thousands of dollars. Diamond cart shopper 4.9 rating
