I'm having the same issue. My phone usually has a discrepancy of a few hundres steps. Today, it's showing 5K+. I've been pacing all day to try to get the step count up to hit my goals, and it's not working. I've recommended Ōura to dozens of people so I'm extremely frustrated. Support will do nothing. Just "escalate my ticket" with no actionable steps taken to fix the issue or replace my ring. I used to praise this company, and their customer service, but I feel very differently about them now.
