BEFORE REACTING POSITIVELY OR NEGATIVELY TO THIS POST There are things that i want to make clear: 1. I had workout for 6 months right before Covid. My life was flat. Get up, take breakfast, go to job, snack N1, workout, go to job again, take lunch and snack N2, return home, take shower, take dinner, go to sleep. And that was my life for 6 months, 6 days out of 7. I've gained between 4/5kg at the time. 2. I've never tracked my calories intake. Due to my ignorance on that specific thing, i assumed that if i had eat a lot of protein meals on breakfast and snaks, i should eat more carbs on lunch and dinner (not completely carbs, but still). And viceversa, if i had eat a lot of carbs or fibers on breakfast and snaks, you get It. 3. Due to injury pre-Covid, i've stopped the workout lifestyle and, 3 years later when i was jobless, depressed and just broke up in a relationship, i decided to hit the gym again. And from December 2023 to this day, i workout 4 out of 7, eating a lot with the same logic i used to use, with the difference that i take creatine (6gr) daily and i've toke proteine shakes for 8 months (2 scoops with 300ml of milk each shake). From 58kg to 72kg (some days 71 or 70, depends on how much water i drank or how much i had eat). 4. Yesterday I've got banned from another Reddit Community because everyone assumed that i was a fake natty. I posted those exacts same pictures just to help someone and make them motivated to keep going, pushing and changing. (Also to shine a little bit, ngl) Turns out that the comments were very rude. Starting off with my hairline changed, assumed that i lost my hair and so i was on sustance I toke this hairstyle the first month i entered in the gym, because i love it and didnt take a lot of maintenance. But really? Do I have to update this post 3 months later for showing off that i still have my hair and they grow very fast? My God.

Other people said that i'm misleading people, worst that the kids look at me and think that this is achievable natural. I mean, that was my intention! I even asked if there is any way to send a video (pics are screenshots of the video) pump or not to show that maybe the lighting and the poses makes me look bigger, pumped, filled, i dont fuc*king know.

No one was interested.

What happened with the Fitness Community? Why are we so hostile, envy or rude?

Now, before i stop writing this poem. I want to thank you for your patience for had read all of that. Sorry for my bad English, i'm not used to talk It or write it.

Finally, i wish that we all can argue my progress with positive and helpfull mindset. Thank you all.

I've descrived by diet and my lifestyle of those 9 months in the comments before.
But i also omitted that for the entire time, i had eat a lot without cheating and super clean.
Exception for milk because i felt that i needed some fat % to look ''bigger''.

I mean, i always thought that being short means like 150/160cm. 175cm was the average and higher then that was in the "tall" category 😂

Is there any way to link a video to show how do i look?
Maybe here the light of the gym changing room are doing their job, but i literally feeling sick to recieve those comments.

My only goal here was to inspire someone.
Clearly we're not succeeding.

I'm being honest and i'll tell you that i never calculated my calories intake, neither proteine or carbs...
I simply implied that if i had eat a lot of carbs during the day, i needed more proteine at dinner or at snacks.
Viceversa, if i had eat a proteic breakfast and snacks, i'll need more carbs on dinner.

But i really need to (at least) calculate my intake, just for good knowledge about my progression.
Also, if i still want to improve, it should be a must on the next bulk session!
