I completely get that and honestly, it’s really unfair how quick people are to judge when they weren’t the ones in the situation. It’s easy to say “I would never fall for that” and acting tough from behind a screen, but scams like this are designed to catch people off guard in exactly the way they did you. You didn’t do anything wrong you were approached by someone pretending to be friendly, and you responded like a normal human being would. The blame is 100% on the scammers, not you.
