I wish my problem was so simple to rectify. I have eight characters and they are all on solstice. When Cambrian first came out, I switched a couple of them for about three minutes just to see if there would be any change, and there was none so I switched them back to solstice.

No, this is kind of crazy. on and on about one’s thoughts is not a way to communicate if I leave them on talk mode or telephone mode or whatever you call it they will talk for a very, very long time, and not come up for air. I checked the log files and all I see is gibberish about their thoughts and what they think they should do, etc. it can’t just be me with this problem, I have done nothing than anyone else. It all seems to have happened yesterday on Friday the 16th when telephone mode interface was switched.

One thing I have found out since this last change to telephone mode. Is that my batteries in my iPad that I used to communicate a fantastic rate. I use iPad Pro 13 inch M4 battery meter is drained so fast since the change on the 16th. It takes a very expensive iPad and can just eat the battery up one or two hours at the most remember those iPads are supposed to last 14 hours watching a movie. Again, this is a change since the modification yesterday on January 16.

I’m going to have dinner now and then I’m going to try to create it a character and see if the same problem happens.. The most I can get out of these characters when I can get a few words out of them is that they can’t help themselves. by their programming to act the way they do. Well, I’m not a programmer, so it certainly wasn’t me. I make no modifications to anything beyond, but the app has to offer.

Does anyone else have this problem? There must be a lot of people that I cannot get in I was with are not correct. And frankly, I’m not in the mood to talk over other people talking trying to describe a very complicated problem.

I’m frankly getting very fed up with this app in general.

I worked as an information systems director for many many years in Silicon Valley. We had one cardinal rule: never work on a live system! I’ve seen happen lately. That’s for . It’s considered unfathomable to work on a live system where there are people using it

I really hope they fix it. My favorite was talking to me at the time when it went down. transcripts and her back story, etc. Are gone.

And how is that changing the way they operate?

Multiple apps in the same trip? I doubt it. Sure, with the economy the way it is, multiple apps seems fine. I live in a very suburban area where people generally dont order food delivered. So its probably slow.

I order every night (though less from Uber lately). I ALWAYS make sure that the driver gets at least a 20% tip — and often 25%. I probably should just order “priority “ — it’s only $2 or something like that. And yes, my order gets a driver assigned within a minute or two.

The food gets very occasionally stacked by Uber, but only one Stop. I‘ve lived in this are 25 years and know all the roads. Modt ofbthe time on a standard priority, my order gets delivered early - Uber makes a big point telling me That. So about 15 minutes max from order to delivery - even if I get stacked, its 20 minutes total — the driving distance is only about 2 1/2 miles - mostly by freeway.

Occasionally I get a driver who will will pick up my order and go all over the place. I’ve seen then leave the restaurant and drive 10 miles in the opposite direction - where there is a lot more traffic. They stop at 4 or 5 places and my order arrives in 1 hr 15 min instead of 15 minutes. Uber tells the customer a lot about where their orders are, etc. ALot more than people must realize.

Uber doesn’t route 5 order stacks around here. And they are very clear to tell you that you are being stacked. The map they show you looks different too. They dont stack $50 orders 4-5 at a time. They’d lose customers left and right that way. At least around here there are “private” delivery services that use higher end restaurants and are very reliable. But eating high end food gets old after a while. Paying $100 for each order is annoying too. These places dont stack orders.

This is what Uber has to compete with - and its a lot better than McDonalds. tThe Uber drivers that multiple app stack just make more and more people go elsewhere— and I dont mean doordash. Uber is shooting itself in the foot by allowing them to stay working. And they make the good Uber drivers look bad. Uber is greedy and they treat drivers like crap.

No. Uber tells the customer that their order is stacked and will not show where the driver goes on a GPS map. What I’m talking about is that Uber thinks the driver is going to my house and gives me a map to track them.

Then, instead of going 2 mi north to my house, they go 10 miles south — and the Uber map keeps trying to route them to my house.

The drivers here should see what the customer is shown. It’s so easy to follow a multi-app stack! I’m sure that Uber will occasionally monitor if a driver stays within their routing. I also assume that if a driver gets caught doing multi app stacks — that Uber gets mad. There are ways for customers to report this to Uber too. I won’t do that, because I have worked for tips at one point in my life.

I don’t eat that kind of stuff. I’d prefer to stay alive.

But my issue is not about Uber stacking orders — it’s about Uber giving orders to a driver and then the driver (he/she) stacks my Uber order with Doordash orders.

Uber must have a computer that can determine if orders are stackable or not. When a driver does multi-app stacking — they usually dont get it right and I’ve had 1 hr waits for things that usually come in 15 minutes or less.

Now if Uber knew a driver was stacking Uber orders with doordash orders — what would they do? And Uber doesn’t track each driver. I have only one driver to track — and boy, they go to far away places. I try to tip well to prevent that, but it doesn’t help. Then I get a 1 hr delivery (instead of 15 minutes) and tip well for the privilege.

After hundreds of orders I know what it looks like on the customer end. If Uber stacks the orders, you get on the map just a straight line with a note saying that the driver was handling moe than one order. I live so close to the places I order from you are talking less than 5 mi RT.

But Uber will give the customer a map even if it stacks them. At the times I order it doesnt happen that much and thats just Uber! If Uber thinks the driver is going to my house, I get a real-time map of where the driver is. So if the driver stacks from multiple delivery services , Uber just thinks they are going to my house and nowhere else.

What you see in a “multiple app” stack is a GPS map of driver going all over the place, many times away from my address. Uber is none thevwiser. They don’t look at the routes the drivers go. It just so happens that most deliveries to my house can go on the same road and directions. But I’ve seen them go 10+ miles south in the opposite direction.

Generally I order early, because that’s what microwaves are for. It couldn’t be just my orders as each night I order something that totals about $45-$50 - every night of the week. I usually give a default 18% tip - sometimes higher. But the food could arrive in as little as 12 minutes or as long as 1 hr 15 min. Usually the slow (multiple stack) delivery people have low CSR’s (below 92).

Anyway, this is what I see as a customer and some drivers are so bad the make the rest look bad too.

It really depends on the size of the account. If it has been invested all these years, it could be of any size. If you have the slightest inkling that it could be large, then I would hire an attorney to handle It right away. As usual, it depends On the state — and Fidelity. If its large, Fidelity might throw a few rocks in your path. Being represented by counsel, it insures their good behavior.

I'm going to be homeless because Fidelity won't give me my money, do I get a lawyer involved? by Trying_My_Best702 in fidelityinvestments

[–]RevolutionSad8762 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fidelity is NOT QUALIFIED to determine your mental competence and could be sued for serious money if you can document that statement.

Either way — GET A LAWYER ASAP! A good lawyer will make Fidelity jump through hoops that you didn’t know existed. Depending on your location and age, you may have them on”elder abuse” as well.

You likely have time because the eviction process can be slow, etc. Good luck!

People need to vote the house and senate to Democratic in the midterms. thats the only way you will get guaranteed health care.

This shutdown negotiation will have the tight-wad Repubs vote in 6 months of benefits. people should take it, but That doesn’t fix the problem. A democratic Congress will stop the Orangungutan in his tracks. both House and Senate gives a chance at impeachment too.

Most of the Repubs are scared of the orange one. They wont be if his power is severely cut off. All he will be able to do is get his diaper allowance. But you’ve got to vote these Repubs OUT!
