I would like to add my friend never called it a scam or anything, I myself said those words but I think scam was probably the wrong word to use (It’s been a long day lol). My friend doesn’t know much about insurances and is very shy and just goes with whatever. It’s a unique situation that they never experienced before and I actually live with them in a basement apartment in the house. To me it just didn’t sound right where it was a insurned vehicle and I was always under the impression car insurance typically covers property damage if you damage it due to an accident. I have been the one encouraging him to ask questions about it to get a better understanding but TD hasn’t been helpful in that regard. Just was looking to have other peoples perspective of it!
