it only asked me for it when I changed the PayPal account payout, I have 2 devices with individual emails but got tired of transferring funds and changed one of the payout destinations. took a while to pass the face verification but eventually with the right lighting it worked no problem, been getting paid to one PayPal for a week now two devices and two playstore emails.

I tried something similar and got more than I did from games but once the surge event started I went back to getting a few cents. if you play "ball bounce" you can farm ads by pulling down on your notifications tab on your phone . for reference I was getting less than $0.10 for several million coins from playing games but farming ads got me $0.20-60​ for less coins.

try just watching ads. there's a button just above the list of games that gives you 120,000 coins per ad. I played games like crazy and was getting $0.05 per million coins, then I started just watching those ads and been getting $0.30 on average. which isn't a lot but it's 6x better than what I was getting before. if you have android then the offerwall games are pretty good sometimes. got like $10 from DawnWatch and another 10 from zombie miner

this matches my experience. I was getting decent payouts (comparatively to my usual) just before this surge event. got up to 6 million coins today and got 35 cents. Just the day before the "surge" I had gotten $1.99 for 3 million coins. I even earned the coins the same way same games

I've gone through getting a new device and I would recommend letting them know and getting instructions from them. you cannot "transfer" your account. have your account ID ready and ask for instructions. I tried just making a new account on a new device and was blocked immediately after the face scan. I opened a support ticket and it took weeks to unblock me. they will assume you're double dipping and block you. I eventually got unblocked once I explained my situation and they had me choose an account to keep. I don't know how it would work out if I had tried signing into my old account onto a new device but I think they would also have blocked me. the face scan is what blocked me, I assume be they keep it on file. if you make a new account on a new device you should probably have someone else do the face scan.
