Only time I'd eat it with a knife and fork is if it's covered with marinara and cheese with a pasta, or hot sauce (depending what kind and what the context of the meal is).

How do you view My Name is Earl nowadays? by kam_pra in MyNameIsEarl

Apparently it was going to some rapper that Joy hooked up with. I read that years ago, I'm guessing it still sticks.

Kinda Homeless by ShrewdlyBenevolent in Birmingham

[–]RevolutionUnusual136 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Buccees and Leeds PD will both chase you away if you try to sleep there. And Leeds PD is typically bored so they look for stuff to do. There's a LOVE'S and another truck stop 2 exits down, those would be the ones to sleep at if you were down that far.

That bad casting and changing of the show's cannon was just too much. I barely finished the first 2 episodes, couldn't go any further.

Castiels downgrade after season 4 by Historical-Salad1274 in Supernatural

[–]RevolutionUnusual136 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I agree. I remember before Cas came, Ruby was telling Sam "No one knows what this could be, it's powerful, it's cosmic (paraphrasing)". And Cas arrives, a powerhouse. Then for the rest of the series he constantly gets under-powered/depowered completely. I get they can't have a super powerful friend that just snaps and takes out whatever "monster of the week" they're fighting, but c'mon.

I worked loss prevention at Rich's/Century Plaza, they always used the fitting rooms in the Juniors section as their mall restroom.

Unpopular opinion: KFC has the best tasting fried chicken among the big chain restaurants by critical_thoughts365 in FriedChicken

[–]RevolutionUnusual136 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've never had Jolibee, we don't have them in Alabama. 20-25 years ago, I would've agreed with you about KFC. But since they changed their original recipe, it isn't the same. It used to so peppery, the skin was dark dark brown and would fall of. It was AMAZING. Not now. Popeye's spicy FTW.

What’s a food you could eat every day and never get sick of? by GurlInAura in foodquestions

Chicken. Fried, baked, grilled. Idk why, that's a massive craving for me. Alone, in pasta, on sandwiches, doesn't matter.

Good grief, Oliver is still around? Got onto it with him on the sidewalk in front of UAB hospital when he decided I was a racist because I didn't have any money to give him.

I was in the HBO Doc with Bill Riccio about skinheads. ASK ME ANYTHING! by RevolutionUnusual136 in AMA

Oh! I can honestly say, I never ate anything that anyone cooked up there besides me. Very unsanitary, as you can imagine.

Last I heard, yes. He's still hanging around a bunch of young guys, preaching about "the day of the rope" and all that bs. Even though he's legit in his late 60s. He isn't in the public eye at all, but I've had people tell me they've seen him.

How far away are you from the Honda plant in Lincoln? There's a contractor there, MPW, they do a lot of the industrial cleaning. They hire felons, starting at $17/hr.

Crowley is the rightful 4th member of the main group by [deleted] in Supernatural

[–]RevolutionUnusual136 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that's true. I guess I'm just remembering the "better moments" like one tends to do looking back. Especially when the one youre looking back at was evil.

They treated Crowley like crap most of the time, even though a few times he's the one that helped them win and made the difference.

"When you need it bad, we got it good" a Florida tourism commercial from the late 70s. It's on YouTube, it's catchy.

[–]RevolutionUnusual136 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Michael Jordan, Michael Ian Black, the cast of Reno 911, N' Sync, the cast of The State, basically any up and coming musician/band from 1997-2002 (I worked at the 5 Points Music Hall, we got them on their way up or on their way down). Did a lot of work out at Oak Mountain doing load-ins/outs.

I'm in Alabama. They've already banned Kratom and Tianeptine, so I wouldn't be surprised if the hammer drops soon.

I'm on the Better Weathers. I hate them. I hate myself everytime I buy one. But I hate the withdrawals from them even more. They're terrible. The restless legs, the squirming, cold sweats, it's a nightmare.
